As per LLP Act, 2008, for any change in constitution of LLP or change in partners terms we are need to file two forms i.e., Form 4 LLP and Form 3 LLP. As per Rule 21 of LLP Rules, 2009 (1) For the purposes of section 23(2), every limited liability partnership shall file information with regard to the limited liability partnership agreement in Form 3 with the Registrar within thirty days of the date of incorporation along with the fee as provided in Annexure “A”.
